Yes, the ZK model is tested and certified to UL 10C for 90-minute fire resistance (1.5 hours). Certification documentation including test report and listing is available upon request for project submittals.

2. Can the finish be customized to match specific RAL colors?+

Yes, the powder coat finish is available in any RAL color. Standard options include anthracite gray (RAL 7016), black (RAL 9005), and white (RAL 9010). Custom colors require a 500-piece minimum order and add 7-10 days to lead time.

3. What anti-theft JuSen Doorslude?+

Construction uses 1.2mm cold rolled steel profiles with continuous welded seams, anti-pry hinge reinforcements, and a 3-point locking system with hardened steel latch bolts. The door frame includes a 20mm deep strike plate for bolt engagement.

4. Is this door suitable for outdoor garden installations?+

Yes, the powder coated finish with ASTM B117 salt spray resistance (tested 500 hours) makes it suitable for exterior garden applications. Drainage slots at the bottom prevent water accumulation. A weatherstrip is included for draft and moisture sealing.

5. What is the typical lead time and shipping method?+

Standard lead time is 20-30 days after order confirmation. Shipping is via 20ft or 40ft container FOB Shanghai. Smaller orders may be shipped via LCL consolidation.
