Strict Quality Control Before Shipment
Three Inspection Stages
Every order passes the same three checkpoints. Each stage has its own checklist and a record kept with the order file.
Incoming Material Inspection
Materials checked against the purchase specification before they are released to production.
Production Inspection
Dimensions, surface and assembly checked at each station and by the quality team patrolling the line.
Final Inspection
Appearance, function and packaging checked against the order before shipment.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every lot of timber, aluminum profile, steel sheet, glass and hardware is checked when it arrives. Only released material enters production.

Material Checking
Timber: moisture content, species, grade, defects, dimensions. Aluminum: alloy/temper certificate, wall thickness, coating. Steel: thickness and surface. Glass and hardware: type, size, visual defects.

Specification Verification
Lot compared with the purchase order and drawing. Supplier test certificates filed. Non-conforming lots quarantined and returned.
Production Inspection
Operators check their own work at each station and the quality team patrols the line. First pieces of each batch are approved before the run continues.

Dimension Checking
Width, height, thickness and diagonal against the drawing; rebate, groove and hardware positions; frame and sash fit.

Surface Inspection
Sanding quality before priming; coating coverage, color and gloss against the approved sample; scratches, dents and contamination.

Assembly Checking
Squareness and gap width; seal and glazing fit; hinge, lock and handle alignment and smooth operation.
Final Inspection Before Shipment
Finished products are inspected against the order before packing. Customers or third-party agencies are welcome to attend.

Appearance Check
Overall finish and color consistency across the batch; veneer and grain matching; edge and corner quality; clean hardware.

Function Test
Opening/closing force, latch and lock operation; sliding/folding movement; hinge alignment; seal contact and closing gap.

Packaging Inspection
Protection: corner guards, foam, film and crate condition; labels match packing list; quantity counted before loading.
