Advanced Manufacturing Capability
Three Production Lines Under One Roof
Each material has its own line, equipment and operators. Mixed orders are produced in parallel and shipped together.

Wood Door Production
Solid wood, engineered and veneered doors for interior and entrance use. Covers timber drying, panel pressing, CNC machining, sanding, priming, top-coat spraying, hardware fitting and packing.

Aluminum Door & Window Production
Profile cutting, punching, corner crimping, sealing and glazing for casement, sliding, folding and louver systems. Thermal-break profiles and double/triple glazing to order.

Steel Door Production
Sheet cutting, bending, welding and powder-coat or paint finishing for entrance and security doors, with frames, seals and hardware assembled and function-tested before packing.
Equipment Used on the Production Floor
The equipment below is in daily use. Machine lists and photos of specific equipment can be provided on request.

CNC Cutting
CNC routers and panel saws cut and machine door panels, frames and profiles from stored programs for identical dimensions and tolerances.

Automatic Spraying Line
An enclosed spraying line with drying zones applies primer and top coats evenly, reducing dust and color variation between batches.

Assembly Line
Station-based assembly with fixtures and pneumatic tools keeps squareness, gap width and hardware positions consistent.

Testing Equipment
Measuring tools and instruments check dimensions, coating thickness, adhesion and hardware function during production and at final inspection.
Capacity for Custom, Bulk and Project Orders
Customization Ability
Non-standard sizes, structures, finishes and hardware are handled as routine work. Technical drawings are confirmed before material is cut.
Bulk Order Support
Repeat and volume orders are scheduled on dedicated line time. Batch records keep color, dimensions and hardware consistent between shipments.
Project Production
Hotel, apartment and villa projects are produced by door schedule — mixed sizes, labeled by room, with phased delivery to match the site program.
Six Stages From Material to Finished Product
Each stage has a defined checkpoint. Work does not move to the next stage until the check is passed and recorded.
Material Selection
Timber, aluminum, steel, glass and hardware are purchased to specification. Each lot is checked for moisture, thickness, grade and surface condition.
Precision Cutting
Panels, frames and profiles are cut and machined on CNC equipment. The first pieces of each batch are measured against the drawing.
Surface Treatment
Wooden doors are sanded, primed and top-coated; aluminum profiles are powder coated, anodized or wood-grain; steel doors are powder coated or painted.
Assembly
Frames, panels, glazing, seals and hardware are assembled using jigs and fixtures. Each unit is tagged with order and item number.
Quality Inspection
Finished products are inspected for dimensions, finish, color consistency and hardware function, recorded against the order number.
Packaging
Products are protected with corner guards, foam and film, packed in cartons or crates, labeled, and loaded under supervision.
