Aluminum door and window quality starts with the profile. At the Jusen Doors factory in Nanhai, Foshan, aluminum profiles are stored, tracked and issued through a dedicated warehouse so every frame is built from verified, straight, undamaged material. Here is a look inside that warehouse and how it protects your order.
Profile Racking and Storage
Profiles are stored horizontally on dedicated cantilever racks, separated by profile series and length. Full 6-metre bars are supported along their length so they cannot bow or twist while waiting for production.
Incoming Inspection
Every incoming batch is checked for wall thickness, surface finish and straightness. Alloy and temper are verified against the mill certificate before the material is released to cutting.
Batch Traceability
Each profile bundle carries a lot tag, so any production batch can be traced back to the source material. This matters for project consistency and for claims documentation.
From Warehouse to Machine
Profiles are issued to the cutting line in project batches. Because lengths are stored straight and dry, the double-head saws cut square, and frame assembly stays within tolerance.
