What grade of stainless steel is used for the posts and frames?
We offer 201 grade for standard indoor applications and 304 grade for coastal or high-humidity outdoor environments. Both grades are TIG-welded and pass a 72-hour salt spray test per ASTM B117.
Can the stained finish match a specific RAL color?
Yes, the stained coating can be matched to any RAL color code. A minimum order of 50 linear meters is required for custom color matching, with a lead time of 10 working days for color approval.
Is this system suitable for commercial balcony safety barriers?
This balustrade system meets EN 14351-1 loading requirements for residential and commercial barriers up to 1200mm height. For projects requiring impact resistance, we recommend 21.5mm laminated glass with interlayer PVB film.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom sizes?
For standard post spacing and glass thickness, the MOQ is 50 square meters. Custom post profiles or non-standard glass sizes require a 100 square meter MOQ.
How are the glass panels protected during international shipping?
Each glass panel is sandwiched between two layers of 5mm foam board, wrapped in bubble film, and placed in a plywood crate with internal dividers. All crates are marked with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” labels.
