The standard maximum glass panel height is 1200mm, with a typical infill height of 1000mm above finished floor level. For taller applications (up to 1500mm), 12mm tempered glass is required to maintain the 0.74 kN/m load rating. Consult project-specific building codes for minimum height requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity for this railing system?
Standard minimum order is 20 linear meters (approximately 10–14 panels depending on spacing). For smaller projects, we can accommodate orders as low as 10 linear meters with a 20% surcharge on unit pricing. All orders include stainless steel posts, handrails, clamps, and tempered glass panels.
How are the glass panels packaged to prevent breakage during shipping?
Each tempered glass panel is individually wrapped in polyethylene foam, then placed in a plywood crate with wooden spacers between panels. The crates are banded with steel straps and marked with handling instructions. Stainless steel components are wrapped in bubble film and packed in cardboard cartons. Shipping insurance covering glass breakage is included in FOB quotes.
