Consistent quality across hundreds of doors in one project comes from one thing: machining precision. At the Jusen Doors factory in Nanhai, Foshan, every cutting and routing stage is controlled to tight tolerances so door after door matches the approved sample. This article walks through the machining process behind our wood, aluminum and steel door production.
CNC Cutting and Routing
CNC beam saws cut stiles, rails and panels to programmed dimensions with a 0.5 mm tolerance. CNC routers machine lock mortises, hinge recesses and glass rebates in one clamping, so hardware positions repeat exactly across a full batch.
Edge and Profile Machining
Profiling spindles and edge banders produce consistent door profiles and clean edge finishes. For aluminum doors, double-head cutting saws and machining centres process profiles for frame and sash assembly.
Pressing and Assembly
Hot and cold presses bond core, skins and veneers under uniform pressure. Assembled leaves are checked for squareness, twist and flatness against the drawing before finishing.
Quality Control
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing follow ISO 9001:2015 procedures. Dimensions, flatness, coating thickness and hardware function are verified on every production batch.
