For door and window exporters, the risk is not only on the production line — it is in the container. A door that leaves the factory perfect but arrives scratched, warped or broken damages your reputation. Here is how the Jusen Doors factory packs and ships doors and windows so they survive global transport.
Protective Wrapping
Every leaf is wrapped in a full-coverage foam sheet, then sealed in a fitted polythene bag to block moisture. Corners and edges receive extra foam guards because they take the first impact.
Crating and Palletising
Single doors ship in three-ply export cartons with edge rails; bulk orders are crated in reinforced plywood or loaded on heat-treated pallets. Each crate is lined with a vapour barrier and the load is braced so nothing can shift at sea.
Loading Plans
We prepare a container loading plan before shipment. Doors travel upright, not flat, to avoid bending. Glass panels are separated and the load is secured with lashing and airbags so the cargo cannot move during transport.
Documentation
Each shipment carries a packing list, commercial invoice, and fumigation or ISPM-15 certificate for wood crates. Certificates such as CE or UL test reports are attached when the destination requires them.
FAQ
Which ports does Jusen ship from?
We ship primarily from Foshan, Guangzhou and Nansha ports. FOB, CIF and DAP terms are available.
How are glass doors protected differently?
Glazed units are crated vertically with EPE spacers between panels, and the glass is additionally wrapped to prevent scratching and condensation.
What is the normal export lead time?
Standard production runs 25–40 days after deposit and drawing confirmation, with container loading supervised in-house.
