Ordering Process: MOQ, Lead Time, and Shipping

You will receive a quotation with unit pricing, production lead time, and shipping options. For custom projects, we may request additional details or provide engineering recommendations.

Step 3: Approve Samples or Drawings

For custom designs, we provide production drawings for approval. Sample doors can be produced for your evaluation before full production begins.

Step 4: Production

Standard production lead time is 2–4 weeks depending on quantity and complexity. We will provide a production schedule and progress updates.

Step 5: Pre-Shipment Inspection

We conduct the pre-shipment inspection and provide you with a report, including photos. You can also arrange for a third-party inspection if required.

Step 6: Shipping

We handle export documentation and arrange shipment. Options include FCL (20ft or 40ft container) and LCL for smaller orders. Incoterms are flexible — FOB, CIF, or EXW as agreed.

MOQ: Our MOQ is 20 units for custom 6-foot doors. For standard sizes, we can accommodate smaller trial orders.

Lead Time: Production typically takes 2–4 weeks. Shipping to major ports takes 3–5 weeks depending on destination.

Payment Terms: Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance before shipment. For established relationships, we can discuss open account terms.
