Q: What currency do you use for quotation and payment?
A: We usually quote in US dollars (USD), and the payment currency is also US dollars. If you need to use other currencies (such as euros, pounds), we can negotiate.
Q: What is the validity period of your quotation?
A: The validity period of our quotation is 15 days. Due to the fluctuation of raw material prices (such as wood, aluminum), the quotation may change after 15 days. We will re-quote for you at that time.
Q: Can you provide a detailed quotation list?
A: Yes. Our quotation list includes product name, specification, material, unit price, quantity, total price, packaging cost, production cycle, payment terms, delivery terms and other details, so that you can clearly understand the cost composition.
Q: Is there any discount for large orders?
A: Yes. For large orders (more than 50 sets), we will give a certain discount according to the order quantity. The more the quantity, the higher the discount. You can contact us for specific discount details.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are: 70% advance payment after order confirmation, the remaining 30% balance must be paid before shipment.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payment methods such as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal, and Western Union. T/T is the most commonly used payment method, which is safe and convenient.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit when placing an order?

Q: Can I pay the balance after receiving the goods?
A: No. We only accept full payment before shipment. No balance payment after delivery is supported.
Q: What should I do if the raw material price rises after I place the order?
A: If the raw material price rises within the production cycle, the quotation will not be adjusted, and we will bear the price difference; if the raw material price rises sharply (more than 10%), we will negotiate with you to adjust the quotation.
Q: Does the quotation include packaging cost?
A: Yes. Our quotation includes the export-standard packaging cost (iron frame + carton + wrapping film or wooden box). If you need customized packaging, additional packaging cost will be charged.
Q: Does the quotation include shipping cost?
A: It depends on the delivery terms. If it is FOB terms, the quotation does not include shipping cost; if it is CIF terms, the quotation includes shipping cost and insurance cost. We will clearly indicate it in the quotation list.
Q: Can you provide a proforma invoice for customs declaration and payment?
A: Yes. After you confirm the order and payment terms, we will provide a formal proforma invoice, which can be used for customs declaration, foreign exchange settlement and payment.
Q: Is there any difference in quotation between standard products and customized products?
A: Yes. The quotation of customized products is usually 10%-20% higher than that of standard products, because customized products need to be designed and produced according to specific requirements, which increases the production cost and difficulty.
Q: Can I get a free quotation?
A: Yes. You only need to provide the product requirements (type, size, material, quantity, etc.), and we will provide you with a free and detailed quotation within 24 hours.

Ⅳ. Logistics & Customs Clearance

Q: What logistics methods do you use for door and window export?
A: We mainly use sea freight, which is cost-effective and suitable for large-volume door and window products. For small sample orders, we can use air freight, which is fast but relatively expensive. We can also cooperate with your designated logistics company.
Q: How long is the shipping time for sea freight?
A: The shipping time depends on the destination country: 20-30 days to North America, 15-25 days to Europe, 7-15 days to Southeast Asia, 25-35 days to Australia, and 30-40 days to South America.
Q: Do you provide door-to-door (DDP) service?
A: Yes. We can provide DDP service, which includes production, packaging, shipping, customs clearance and door-to-door delivery. You only need to wait to receive the goods, which saves you the trouble of communicating with logistics and customs.
Q: Who is responsible for customs clearance?
A: It depends on the delivery terms. If it is FOB terms, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance at the destination port; if it is CIF or DDP terms, we are responsible for customs clearance at the destination port, and we will provide all necessary customs clearance documents.
Q: What customs clearance documents do you provide?
